"Aduh cantiknya, gula Jawa berubah jadi gula pasir."

Habibie and Ainun. Photo from Mbah Parto

sekejap saja, lalu rasanya mampu membuatku menjadi nelangsa setengah mati,
hatiku seperti tak di tempatnya,
dan tubuhku serasa kosong melompong, hilang isi.

Kau tahu sayang,
aku bukan hendak mengeluh, tapi rasanya terlalu sebentar kau disini.

Mereka mengira aku lah kekasih yang baik bagimu sayang,
tanpa mereka sadari, bahwa kaulah yang menjadikan aku kekasih yang baik.
mana mungkin aku setia padahal memang kecenderunganku adalah mendua,
tapi kau ajarkan aku kesetiaan, sehingga aku setia,
kau ajarkan aku arti cinta, sehingga aku mampu mencintaimu seperti ini.

Selamat jalan,
Kau dari-Nya, dan kembali pada-Nya,
kau dulu tiada untukku, dan sekarang kembali tiada.
selamat jalan sayang,
cahaya mataku, penyejuk jiwaku,
selamat jalan,
calon bidadari surgaku....

BJ.HABIBIE

I may haven’t read the book nor watch the film, but this true love story of match made in heaven of former President of Indonesia, BJ. Habibie and his beloved wife, Ainun is worth watching. His wife left him 10 days away from their 48th anniversary due to uterus cancer which only made known to him 2 months before her death. Ya Allah. How she ever concealed such terrible pain and appeared healthy and delightful in front of her husband? I read stories of these lovebirds with teary eyes. Ibu Ainun quitted her job as a medical doctor as to devote herself to her ambitious husband and her 2 children. For me, it was such remarkable sacrifice’s a woman with big hearted and huge potential and talent would ever made, in letting his husband pursuing his own dream of becoming an aeronautical expert in Germany. The inseparable couple who remembered as romantic life partner, even in their golden age, Ibu Ainun’s hand still lingered on Pak Habibie’s arm. What disturbing me the most was Pak Habibie’s life after his wife leaving? Couldn't imagine the sorrow he felt after all these while, she’s being there for him, with him. They never leave each other’s side until deaths do them apart. That’s life. He suffered of psychosomatic malignant which could cause him to follow his wife’s death. He was drowning with sorrow and depression as he started writing the book of his love devotion as his healing therapy.

Despite the ugly stories of marriage life (domestic violence, women’s nightmare), Habibie and Ainun’s story did wonder to others especially for soon-to-be-married and newlyweds and even to married couple. Not many couple could endure the challenges and obstacles, but those who did, they brought hope for others to inspire.

Could i have another 'Habibie' as my husband? (",) Photo from here

It’s just 57 days (less than 2 months) away from my big day, and I have zillion ton of works not settle yet. (T_T)

Make-up for Bride

Every bride dreams to be the most gorgeous, beautiful, eye-magnet, centre of attraction during her wedding day. Therefore, choosing the right MUA to ‘beautify’ our dull, restless, panda eyes, is crucial part. I'm not good at make-up, so nothing much to be share here about the tips or tricks. but I had done several survey and getting friend’s recommendation on MUA. I've tried to look for more natural make-up but yet not too dull on camera. Numbers of them are well-established MUA whom also continuously did make-up for local artists, for magazine models.
